I took the recommendation of another person, and I had another company come out and treat for bedbugs. Three times each time they came back. It was almost twice the money that Matthew of easy bedbug exterminators nyc charged me and they did not have a 90 day warenty like Matthew.
Matthew and his guys were extremely professional very knowledgeable. Let me know what was going on every step of the way and eradicated the problem in only two visits. Again, Matt is very reasonably priced very responsive, very knowledgeable on the subject. I would never want to have this problem again, but if I ever did, I Would immediately call easy bedbug exterminators again. On a scale from 1 to 10 1 being the worst 10 being the best, Matthew and the guys are easily an 11 !!

Clear communication of the process from the back office to the actual tech coming to do the work (unlike a lot of other places). They spray an irritant for bedbugs so they actually leave their hiding places and die vs just poison which enables them to hide in the walls for a long time.
Recommend 10/10. Have not had any bites with their treatment

Thank you guys you did an Awesome Job. Matt was very easy to talk to to set up the appointment and very informative about what would happen and what to do. Henry our technician was Awesome, he was very professional and just a very nice person t talk to. He went above and beyond to do what was needed to make us feel comfortable again. We will definitely use them again if ever needing an exterminator and highly recommend them to our friends and family. You cannot go wrong using this company for sure.
After contacting various companies I decided to go with EZ pest. They were very patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and advised me on what would be the best treatment for my situation. The reason for giving a 2-star review is because my furniture was damaged during the process. I contacted the company to let them know along with pictures and was told the person who performed the service denied damaging anything. They said they would contact me back to send someone to fix it but I have yet to hear from them. It’s unfortunate because I was actually happy with the service provided beforehand.
Update : It’s been a few months since the extermination was done and I haven’t had a problem. The company also send someone to was fix the bed frame that was broken, thank you!
